In 2022, Process Imaging Ltd acquired Jorin Limited and its full product portfolio as part of our strategy to become the global leader in online liquid quality monitoring. We continue to develop our applications in oil & gas, power generation, fuels, water treatment, chemicals and other sectors. 

Since our establishment, Process Imaging has been a leader in the industrial equipment industry. With the combined decades of experience and a deep understanding of the market gained from Jorin Limited, we continue and are proud to offer top-of-the-line products to our clients.

Our analysers combine advanced cameras and lighting modules to provide a live video image of a process fluid, and this combined with our intelligent software provides real time information on the dispersed and suspended particles in a fluid system. 

The software differentiates between species of objects in a fluid stream by utilising sophisticated morphological algorithms which allows for the characterisation of species such as oil droplets, solid particles, gas bubbles, etc and to distinguish them from each other. Therefore, being able to provide distinct and separate results for concentration (ppm) and particle size distribution (microns) for each species.

We capitalise on decades of liquid treatment process experience by providing an onsite field service where we take our analytical capabilities and process knowledge into customer's processes to deliver FEED data, chemical treatment, process optimisation, de-bottlenecking as well as equipment trial and selection.
